Meet the Team
Chris is a seasoned educational leader with over 15 years of experience in operational, academic, and strategic roles within the K-12 education field. He has supported teams of over 100 staff members, both in-person and virtually, within private and charter school settings with enrollments exceeding 4,000 students. His expertise spans leading strategic planning, academic programs, operational management, school accreditation, human resources, and system-level functions.
Currently, Chris serves as an adjunct professor at Holy Family University, Villanova University, and a dissertation advisor at Gwynedd Mercy University. He has extensive experience in developing professional studies programs, implementing professional learning centers, and improving academic performance through targeted interventions. Chris has directed teams of more than 120 professionals, managed eight-figure budgets, and overseen significant growth in student enrollment and staff retention rates. He is also a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and PSPS (Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy).
Chris's career accomplishments include leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver private online education to over 4,000 students, implementing new HRIS systems, and achieving a 48% revenue growth over three years. He has been instrumental in bringing schools into compliance with accreditation standards, expanding AP course offerings, and orchestrating school-wide operational and culture change initiatives. His leadership has resulted in improved student performance on state-mandated assessments and a consistently high re-enrollment rate in academic programs. Chris has also presented at conferences such as the California Charter School Conference and ISTE Live23 on optimizing online learning and has published research in PASCD.
With a strategic and systems-focused approach, Chris is passionate about fostering environments where students and educators can thrive. His consulting expertise includes start-up schools and K-12 online learning. He has completed training programs such as the Aspiring Superintendent Academy (AASA), the Education Policy Fellowship Program (EPLC), and the Strategic Data Project at Harvard University. Chris earned his B.A. and M.Ed. degrees from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, an M.Ed. degree from Eastern University, principal and supervisor of curriculum and instruction certificates from Temple University, and an Ed.D. degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University. His skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and leading teams have enabled him to make significant contributions to the field of education, ensuring academic, emotional, and social success for students
